Why Nonviolent Communication is important at worlplaces?

Looking at it from a certain view point, I have two options: I handle the change or change handles me.

It is really rare when I hear my boss told me a significant change on time and in a human way.

But I hear from people who are in leadership position, how difficult to create real human connections in hierarchical organisations.

Leaders has less and less chance to be successful with colleagues who are doing their obligations. To be more successful then competitors, often relies on how committed the employes are, how much they put their hart in it. The sooner we speak about the problems honestly the easier to solve them.

How Nonviolent Communication can help?

To apply this process in not a miracle what would solve all the problems, but it helps a lot to stand up for ourselves and for the organisation we are respresenting in each situation, and giving equal care for the other party as well.  This process helps us to find the fine line how far I would like to be with my flexibility.

For some of us just to pay attention to the four steps can help a lot, such us making clear observation, identifying my own feelings and needs and making a clear, here and now doable present request.

For some of us, the great challenge is to pay attention to the other person's humanity.  This is especially difficult if the other person is far from my reality.  For example, if I am one of the last one in the hierarchy in an organisation I am not likely to see the director as a human being.  And this can happen in the other way around as well.

I offer this program only for those who would like to find greater harmony between standing up for themselves and caring for the other.
