I do not have fixed conditioned because I would like to be part of your or our project and each of them are different. At our first meeting I am going to ask you what is your dream, what are willing to do to manifest it. To whom you would like to organise, under which circumstances. And I am happy to share with you my dream and my experiences I have collected the last 15 years on the field os adult education. What worked what didn't.
I would like honesty, empathy being the basis of our co-operation.
